Trade Show Winner Discount; Official Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern the Cultivate’26 Winner Discount and the Landscape Show ’26 Winner Discount offered by Quality Analytical Laboratories, LLC (“QAL”).
Each offer provides an eligible recipient with 25% off eligible QAL laboratory testing charges in one qualifying order, up to a maximum total discount of $500.
1. Eligibility
Each offer is valid only for the individual or company identified as the recipient.
For the Cultivate’26 Winner Discount, the recipient’s name or company must match QAL’s Cultivate’26 winner records.
For the Landscape Show ’26 Winner Discount, the recipient’s name or company must be written on the original promotional card when it is awarded. When an individual is identified, the offer may be redeemed by that individual or by the company the individual represented when the offer was awarded.
An employee or authorized representative may submit samples on behalf of an eligible company, provided the order is submitted for and billed to that company or its associated QAL customer account.
The offer is nontransferable and may not be sold, assigned, gifted, exchanged, publicly shared, or redeemed by another person or business. It may not be used by a separate affiliate, parent company, subsidiary, sister company, franchise, location operating under a separate account, or other legal entity without QAL’s prior written approval.
Both new and existing QAL customers are eligible, subject to QAL’s normal account and payment requirements.
2. Redemption Requirements
Cultivate'2 Winner DIscount
To redeem the Cultivate’26 offer, the customer must do one of the following when submitting the qualifying order:
The recipient must match QAL’s Cultivate’26 winner records. Possession of the code or a forwarded copy of the email does not establish eligibility.
Landscape Show '26 Winner Discount
To redeem the Landscape Show ’26 offer, the customer must surrender the original promotional card with the qualifying sample submission.
The individual or company written on the card must match the individual or company placing or authorizing the order.
Photographs, scans, photocopies, electronic reproductions, altered cards, reprinted cards, and other copies will not be accepted. Lost, stolen, destroyed, previously surrendered, or otherwise unavailable cards will not be replaced.
The applicable code, email, or original card must be provided when the order is submitted. The discount cannot be added after QAL accepts the order, after testing begins, after an invoice is issued, or after payment is made.
3. Qualifying Order
A “Qualifying Order” is one complete sample submission received and processed by QAL as one coordinated order.
The order may contain any number of samples, and each sample may be submitted for one or more eligible tests or test-related add-ons.
Multiple boxes or packages may be treated as one Qualifying Order when they:
Samples, packages, tests, add-ons, or other services submitted or requested after QAL receives and accepts the original Qualifying Order are considered a separate order and will not receive the discount.
Separate shipments, customer accounts, purchase orders, or previously submitted samples may not be combined to create a Qualifying Order. QAL’s decision to divide an order into multiple reports, internal records, or invoices does not create additional discounts or increase the $500 maximum.
4. Eligible and Excluded Charges
The discount applies to laboratory testing performed by QAL and to test-related add-ons included in the Qualifying Order. All QAL laboratory test types are eligible.
The discount does not apply to:
Excluded charges will be billed at QAL’s otherwise applicable rates.
5. Discount Calculation and Other Pricing
The discount equals 25% of eligible charges in the Qualifying Order, up to a maximum total discount of $500.
The $500 maximum applies to the entire order, not separately to each sample, test, analyte, add-on, report, invoice, submission form, purchase order, location, or customer account.
The discount will be calculated using QAL’s standard prices in effect when the complete Qualifying Order is received. There is no minimum purchase requirement.
The offer cannot be combined or stacked with another coupon, promotional offer, trade show special, referral reward, contract discount, volume discount, negotiated price, distributor price, complimentary-testing offer, or other reduced-pricing arrangement.
When more than one pricing arrangement could apply, QAL will apply the single pricing arrangement that provides the greatest total savings to the customer. Different discounts may not be applied selectively to individual samples, tests, add-ons, or invoice lines within the same order.
An existing account balance resulting from funds previously paid by the customer may be used to pay the discounted invoice. Doing so does not increase the discount or allow another offer to be combined with it.
6. Expiration and Use Restrictions
The applicable complete submission, including all samples, packages, submission documents, billing information, and required redemption materials, must be physically received by QAL no later than:
A shipping date, postmark, tracking date, customs-entry date, or creation of a shipping label does not constitute receipt by QAL.
The customer is responsible for allowing sufficient time for shipping, delivery, customs processing, and permit compliance. Carrier delays, weather, customs delays, lost shipments, damaged packages, or other transportation issues do not automatically extend the expiration date.
For international submissions, samples must comply with applicable import and permit requirements and must be released and physically received by QAL before the deadline.
Each offer may be redeemed only once. It has no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash, cash back, a refund, an account credit, or another promotional offer. Any unused portion is forfeited after redemption and cannot be transferred, divided, saved, or applied to a later order.
If QAL rejects all submitted samples before testing begins, the offer may remain available for one replacement submission received before the original expiration deadline. The expiration date will not automatically be extended because of collection, labeling, packaging, documentation, shipping, or other customer submission errors.
Once testing begins on any portion of the Qualifying Order, the offer is considered redeemed. A no-charge laboratory rerun performed by QAL for quality-assurance purposes does not constitute a separate redemption.
If QAL is responsible for being unable to complete the eligible testing, QAL may preserve the offer for an approved replacement submission or provide a reasonable written extension. QAL will not issue cash or an account credit in place of the promotional offer.
7. General Terms, Misuse, and Acceptance
QAL may reject, revoke, or correct a redemption involving duplicate use, unauthorized transfer, code sharing, false recipient information, an altered or reproduced card, misuse of multiple customer accounts, artificial division or combination of orders, attempted application to ineligible charges, or another fraudulent or improper use.
QAL may correct quotations, orders, or invoices when a discount is applied because of a pricing, calculation, printing, system, or administrative error. QAL may modify, suspend, or terminate an unredeemed offer when reasonably necessary because of fraud, misuse, legal requirements, administrative error, system failure, or circumstances beyond QAL’s reasonable control. An offer already verified and accepted by QAL will be honored under the terms in effect when accepted, except in cases involving fraud, misrepresentation, or an apparent error.
These Promotion Terms supplement and incorporate QAL’s Terms & Conditions. QAL’s general Terms & Conditions govern sample acceptance, laboratory services, customer responsibilities, billing, payment, cancellation, sample handling, confidentiality, and other service-related matters.
If a conflict exists, these Promotion Terms control only regarding promotion eligibility, redemption, eligible charges, discount calculation, use restrictions, and expiration. QAL’s general Terms & Conditions control in all other respects.
These Promotion Terms are governed by Florida law. Exclusive venue for any dispute concerning the offer or its redemption will lie in the appropriate state court located in Bay County, Florida, or the United States District Court having jurisdiction over Bay County, Florida.
By submitting an offer for redemption, the recipient acknowledges and agrees to these Promotion Terms and QAL’s general Terms & Conditions. The person submitting the order represents that they are authorized to act for the identified individual or company.
